Peeling back the layers on a new voyage of discovery

Peeling back the layers on a new voyage of discovery

by Eugenie Verney | Jan 28, 2019 | Making Waves Blog, Uncategorised

It’s a year since I embarked on my 21 Daring Days, a challenge set by writer and storyteller Megan Macedo, founder of Be Yourself Marketing. And I’m back: poised to do it all again, to create a piece of writing for 21 days using Megan’s daily prompt. Only this year...

Where I am Making Waves…

This is where you get behind the scenes with me and find out what makes me tick.

I want to share ideas, share my own story, and above all my passion for being physical, being at one with my body, whether that’s through my running, my open water swimming, through ski-ing, stand-up paddleboarding (my newest passion), yoga, or plain old-fashioned walking.

Please let me know if I catch your attention — all feedback most welcome!

PS And if you’d like to know when I update my blog, please just sign up below.

PPS Just so you know, I don’t always toe the line around what makes for optimal health and wellbeing, and I can sometimes be a bit controversial…

Was this the reason I became a vegetarian?

Always takes my breath away when you wake up knowing something that simply wasn’t there when you went to sleep. This notion filtered through to consciousness in sync with the alarm, followed me into the bathroom, then down the stairs and then out the door into the still dark morning with head torch and dog.
